Kim Crosby established Analysts Matter to provide analyst relations training and consultancy to businesses located worldwide.
Kim began her career working in the travel sector then changed industries, working for BAE Combat Vehicles. She subsequently worked in the Sultanate of Oman.
Since returning to the UK, Kim has worked as an analyst for analyst company, the Hewson Group, and as a Consultant at IDC, London.
Kim has a BA(Hons) from the University of Sunderland (achieved via attending night school) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, University of London (the UK equivalent of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)). She is also a Chartered Marketer and is a Member of the Institute of Analyst Relations.
Kim is a Member of Toastmasters International (TM), a global organisation devoted to the art of public speaking and leadership. Consequently she is an Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG); is a Past President of London Corinthians Toastmasters Public Speaking club; and was an award winner at the UK & Ireland Public Speaking Championships. .
Kim has done much voluntary work over the years, including being Past Chair of Carers Action, Carers Network Westminster, which is a regional centre for the charity, Carers Trust (representing the needs of unpaid carers, a cause that Kim is passionate about).
